Return Process

  Verify that your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original packaging and tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the provided return shipping label before dropping the parcel off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
